MEDITATION WORKSHOPS

These workshops will explore ways to develop mindfulness in daily living and avenues to create an oasis of stillness within.
You will be introduced to a variety of techniques on how to relax and strengthen the body making it easier to meditate. Breath awareness, focusing the gaze, using a mantra or prayer, and other approaches will be explored.
What to bring: a small cushion, blanket, bottle of water and a brown bag lunch.
Wear loose fitting comfortable clothes and socks. Coffee, tea and juices will be provided.
